“In Upendra movie, I discussed about ‘Nenu’ and in Upendra 2 movie, I will discuss about ‘Nuvvu’,” said Upendra, the hero cum director of Upendra 2.

If Kamal Haasan is known for variety roles in his movies, Upendra is known for his complete variety subjects, which is far difficult for a lay man, to guess the story.

‘Upendra’ is one such a movie from him, which secured a good success even in Telugu, along with Kannada. In Upendra movie, hero character name is ‘Nenu’ and is very selfish. Whereas in Upendra 2, the hero character name is ‘Nuvvu’.

After a long gap, Upendra was recently seen in Son of Satyamurthy, in a special role. Now, he is releasing his latest film Upendra 2 on August 15th in Telugu too.

Celebrating the occasion, Upendra said a few things about his Upendra 2 movie. A few of them are:

“Upendra 2 will not be as harsh as Upendra. The story was constructed around the character name ‘Nuvvu’. Nuvvu means others. So Nuvvu thinks about everyone. He believes in freedom. Coincidentally, Upendra 2 is releasing on August 15th, which is Independence Day.”  
 
“Bujji produced ‘Ra’ film and said that, he will release Upendra 2 in Telugu, without even knowing the story of the film. That gave the film a big range.”

Along with this, Upendra said that he is ready to make movies in Telugu, if the producers come forward.
