Freaked out after losing home for first time - Siddharth

Actor Siddharth, who was stuck in Chennai, due to the heavy rains, said that he is missing home.

If there is anyone among the biggies, on whom Chennai rains showed heavy influence, Tollywood and Kollywood popular actor, Siddharth would be in the first row.

Siddharth was unable to move out from the last 6 days, and even it was just yesterday evening, the power came back.

Speaking about his current situation, Siddharth said in an interview, “I freaked out that I had lost my house for the first time... three studios, three cars... And then I felt bad for the middle class who lost so much in just one day.”

He further spoke about the way, communications are being taken place through the social media saying, “While today, one might send a message saying 5000 bottles of water is needed, the message will be there six days later, when one needs not water, but dustbins to dispose of the bottles.”

He said that, the people here need beds, blankets and shelter, rather than food. The people are trying to set up their homes, but the officials are only concentrating on providing the food.

When Siddharth was asked about the government’s participation in rescuing Chennai rains affected victims, he said, “I am neither pro or against any government. This is a huge calamity of epic proportions. I don't think any state government could have rocked and made everything go away easily in 5 days. India works on chaos theory...  it is run by human will, not necessarily by administration.”

It seems, Siddharth saved himself from getting dragged into controversy, like Kamal Haasan, answering every question, intelligently.
