Forbes India, had announced the list of top 100 celebrities for the year 2015, carrying on the tradition of giving them the ranks, based on their earnings and fame.  

This time, the king is Shah Rukh Khan, who stood on the top, with Rs. 257.5 crore. This is the highest amount made by any other celebrity in the country, since four years.

Coming to the second position, Salman Khan grabs it with Rs. 202.75 crore and Big Bachchan ji follows Sallu Bhai, with Rs.112 crores.

Just like earlier, even this year, Mahendra Singh Dhoni had maintained his position in the 4th place, Rs.119.33 crores and then comes the remaining one Khan, Mr. Perfect, Aamir Khan managed to be in the top 5 list.

Later Akshay Kumar occupies the sixth position with Rs.127.83 and then the further two places, 7th and 8th are occupied by two cricketers, Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar, with Rs. 104.78 and Rs. 40 crores respectively.

Then comes the only lady of the top ten, Deepika Padukone, in 9th position, with Rs. 59 crores and finally Hrithik Roshan on the 10th with Rs. 74.5 crores.

While, Shah Rukh Khan gains the first position in terms of earnings, Amithab Bachchan retains his position on the top, in terms of fame.

Coming to Telugu, Super Star Mahesh Babu occupies 36th place and Allu Arjun compromised in 42nd position. Next follows Kamal Haasan in 46th, Kajal in 58th, Shruthi Haasan in 61st, Rajinikanth in 69th, Surya in 71st, Rajamouli in 72nd, Ravi Teja in 74th, Prabhas in 77th and director Puri Jagannath in 89th.
