In a shocking incident, Bollywood actress Preity Zinta's cousin Nitin Chauhan committed suicide on Friday morning leaving behind two suicide notes. Nitin was living in Shimla.

According to the reports, he shot himself in the head with a pistol. A vehicle was recovered with registration number HP 51 2089 near Sector 2, new Shimla.

Once suicide note was recovered from the car and the other from his home. Nitin has mentioned in the suicide note that his wife and in-laws forced him to take this extreme step.

He has also accused them of harassing him. His in-laws had filed many false cases against him and did not allow him to meet his son.

On the basis of the suicide notes, Police has filed  a case of abetment to suicide against Nitin’s in-laws. They are investigating the case.
