Indian film actress and Tollywood dusky beauty, Amala Paul will be seen playing as a Muslim girl in the lead role, in her upcoming movie.
Directed by a newcomer and debutante, Charan Tej, the Malayali actress will be coming back with a romantic drama.
The movie has been titled, “Ayushman Bhava” and will go on the floors from 15th April.
It is an emotional family drama about a middle class family that revolves around the love story of a Muslim girl and a Hindu boy, from Godavari reveals Charan.
The Director himself, is also playing the male lead opposite Amala.
The major part of the film shoot will take place in the scenic locations of East Godavari and Hyderabad.
They are also planning to take few crucial scenes in Dubai and Israel, says sources.
Apparently, actress Sneha Ullal has also been roped to play the crucial role. She will be seen playing Charan’s best friend, who supports the relationship of Charan and Amala.
Sneha has an important role in the film and she will also perform in a special song in the film,” added the filmmaker.
Charan is even in talks with Indo-Canadian Porn actress Sunny Leone, to shake legs on an item number in the movie.
The music will be composed by Bollywood composer duo Manmeet and Harmeet Singh of Meet Bros.
They have earlier scored the music of Ram Charan’s Thoofaan, and are known for composing popular Chart busters like Baby Doll, Party Toh Banti Hai, Chittiyaan Kalaiyaan and others.
Earlier, we have seen many Hindu-Muslim love stories like, Maniratnam's movie “Bombay”, but they always laid emphasis on the secular fabric of this nation.
The theme would be the same, but the narration will be new and different, in Amala Paul’s upcoming movie.
What makes it more interesting is that, being a Mallu actor, how it got her a chance to become part of a religious backdrop love story.
Being a Christian girl, Amala Paul never played any such role related to her religiously.
Amala Paul was last seen in Telugu movie ‘Janda Pai Kapiraju’ in 2015.
