Tamil Superstar, Rajnikanth, has finally responded to his fans, and clarified them, that he has no political plans.
The fans of the Superstar, were awaiting for his formal announcement, after his meeting with them on April 2.
Amidst strong speculations, reports of Rajini's political entry have gripped Tamil Nadu.
All eyes were on Rajini, after the demise of its leader and former chief minister J Jayalalithaa.
Also, it was rumored, that the Tamil Star, may take a favorable decision after his meet with his fans.
The actor has totally, ruled out of joining politics.
He stated, “No political plans. Meeting fans was long overdue.”
“I am just going to meet and discuss with them on how to manage things,” said Rajnikanth.
Meanwhile, Rajnikanth has met Malaysian PM Najib Razak, who is in Chennai, today.
“When we were shooting for Kabali movie in Malaysia, we were there for almost two months.”
“The Malaysian Government, has extended great cooperation.”
Ranjikanth said, “I wanted to meet him then and thank him. But I could not meet him as he was busy then. Since he is in Chennai, I wanted to meet him. He is courteous to accept my request.”
The Malaysian government is interested in roping Rajini as its brand ambassador, says reports.
However, the actor dismissed them as rumors.
Rajni, on a parting note, said, his upcoming movie, 2.0, is slated to release for Diwali. When asked about the various rumors surrounding the film, Rajini simply said, “No comments.”
