Tollywood Director, Srinu Vaitla has reportedly given a break to comedian Brahmanandam, with his recent film “Mister”.
The comedian, is generally seen in every movie of the director. Now, the question is, can he entertain audiences without Brahmi? Do you remember the last film of director Srinu Vaitla that did not feature Brahmanandam? Its hard to tell, such is the frequency and regularity of their collaboration.
When the comedian’s image was weakening in the early 2000s, due to the success of new age comedians, it was Vaitla who provided a break to the senior comedian with actor Ravi Teja’s movie Venky. Since then, Vaitla continued to create special characters for the comedian in all of his films and had big hits. While Brahmanandam regained his stardom, Vaitla emerged to be the care of address for entertainment.
However, the same comedy tracks, that increased the duo’s image, damaged their careers in the past few years since the vexed audiences started rejecting the stale comedy. After failures such as Aagadu and Bruce Lee, Vaitla had to take a long gap to make Mister. For this film, he sacrificed his association with Brahmanandam, which is probably the biggest change that he brought to his new release.
Vaitla claimed that the comedy tracks will be fresh in Mister. Let us wait and see how far he can entertain audiences without the help of Brahmanandam, who saved most of his films at box office.
The film “Mister”, features Varun Tej, Lavanya Tripathi and Hebah Patel in the lead roles.
