Venky has been seen in a stunning look for Guru which is the remake of a Tamil blockbuster Irrudhi Suthru starring Madhavan. Sudha Kongara is the director of the movie and Venky played a ruggish boxing coach in the film. Made on a strict budget, the movie collected decent money in its final run which has been produced by Y Not studios. Venky has been on a break after the release of Guru and has not signed any movies. The actor has been searching for interesting films that elevate him as an actor and those which suit his age.
During his recent media interaction, Venky’s brother Suresh Babu revealed that Venkatesh signed his next film and it will be an action thriller. A debutant will direct the movie which will start rolling soon. The details about the film and the cast are currently kept under wraps and they will be announced officially soon. The movie will also have a huge dose of VFX work and Suresh Babu is holding talks about the film’s budget and the span in which the film can be made. Venky loved the script immensely and Suresh Productions will bankroll it. Suresh Babu also said that he has been listening to various scripts that suit Venky and Rana.
