Megastar Locks Runtime for Syeraa:- Megastar Chiranjeevi completed the shoot of his next film Syeraa which is a periodic drama that is in final stages of post-production. Surendar Reddy is the director and Syeraa is made on a budget of Rs 200 crores. Nayanthara is the leading lady and Amitabh Bachchan, Jagapathi Babu, Kicha Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Anushka and Tamannaah will be seen in other crucial roles in this action drama. Syeraa is based on the life story of freedom fighter Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy who was the first one to revolt against the British.
As per the update, Megastar is personally monitoring the post-production work of Syeraa. He is chopping the unwanted episodes of Syeraa and the final runtime is locked to be 2 hours and 45 minutes. Chiranjeevi is still finding out if more scenes can be removed to make the film crisp enough. Bollywood music composer Amit Trivedi is composing the tunes and the background score for Syeraa. Ram Charan bankrolled Syeraa on Konidela Production Company and the film releases on October 2nd across the globe.
