Megastar Unhappy With Lucifer Remake:- Megastar Chiranjeevi is in plans to shoot for back to back films without breaks. The coronavirus pandemic already brought life to a halt for seven months and Chiranjeevi will resume the shoot of Acharya from November 20th and is in plans to complete it by March. He is in talks with several directors and filmmakers for his upcoming movies. Lucifer remake is one among them. Saaho fame Sujeeth was on board for the film but Chiranjeevi rejected the script narrated by Sujeeth straightaway.

The film landed into the hands of VV Vinayak who directed two remakes with Chiranjeevi. Everyone felt that Vinayak would adapt the script well to suit the taste of Telugu audience. But in a shock, Chiranjeevi was completely disappointed with the narration of Vinayak. It is heard that the script was stuffed with unwanted entertainment. Chiranjeevi told Vinayak to work on another script. Chiranjeevi is in hunt for the right director to handle Lucifer remake. Names of Harish Shankar and Mohan Raja are speculated and nothing is confirmed as of now. Ram Charan acquired the remake rights of Lucifer and NV Prasad will co-produce the film along with Konidela Production Company.
