Theatres in Telugu States to Reopen from December 25th:- The ongoing coronavirus left a massive impact on all the fields. The life returned back to normalcy but the film industry is still suffering. The exhibition industry is completely shattered and most of the services are yet to resume. The Centre granted permission to reopen the theatres and screen films but with 50 percent occupancy. The governments of Telugu states too granted permissions to screen films but the single screens in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana are yet to resume work. The multiplexes in the major Telugu cities are operating with limited films and screens.
There are several other issues to be settled between the producers and the exhibitors because of which the single screens resuming operations are kept on hold. The issues are now said to be resolved and the single screens in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will reopen from December 25th from Christmas. Sai Dharam Tej's Solo Brathuke So Better is the only release for Christmas. Most of the screens would screen this film with 50 percent occupancy and the other theatres would have to rely on old super hit movies for time being. There are also talks that Nani's V and Raj Tarun's Orey Bujjiga will release in theatres after they had a digital release long ago. This is finally a good news for film lovers as the theatres are reopening for the public from December. There would be notable releases for Sankranthi 2021.
