Four National Awards for Telugu Movies:- The jury announced the national awards for the best films for the year 2019. Two Telugu films that impressed the audience also won the hearts of the jury and bagged national awards. Tollywood blockbuster film Maharshi won two national awards in the categories 'Best Film with Wholesome Entertainment' and 'Best Choreography award' for ace choreographer Raju Sundaram. The movie unit is left in extreme delight with the awards. The film's director Vamshi Paidipally, producers Dil Raju, Shirish and writers Hari, Solomon interacted with the media to share their response on national awards.

Natural Star Nani starrer Jersey received critical acclaim and even raked decent revenues in its final run. The film is now getting remade in Hindi with Shahid Kapoor. Gowtam Tinnanuri directed Jersey and Nani, Shraddha Srinath played the lead roles. The film too received two national awards in the categories of 'Best Telugu Film' and 'Best Editing' by Navin Nooli. Sithara Entertainments are the producers and the makers expressed their happiness on the achievement. Tollywood is completely shining and several films are winning awards along with critical acclaim.
