Mangalavaram success crucial for Many:- Ajay Bhupathi made his directorial debut with RX 100, a cult classic that introduced Karthikeya and Payal Rajput in the lead roles. The duo delivered a series of duds over these years and they are struggling for biggies. Ajay too came up with an outdated film Maha Samudram which was rejected. He now decided to experiment with Mangalavaram, a dark native thriller and the film has Payal Rajput in the lead role. The trailer brought good expectations on the film and Mangalavaram is expected to open with decent footfalls.

Swathi Reddy, the daughter of business tychoon Matrix Prasad is making her debut as producer and if Mangalavaram turns out to be a hit, she is in plans to produce several interesting attempts.
