Anurag Kashyap's angry statements on Bollywood:- Anurag Kashyap, the acclaimed filmmaker, recently made a surprising announcement on social media that he will start charging a consultancy fee for anyone seeking his advice or assistance in the film industry. In a post on Instagram, Anurag expressed his frustration at having wasted time helping newcomers for free in the past, stating that he is now serious about charging for his guidance. He even went as far as to instruct people not to contact him through text, DMs, or calls unless they are willing to pay for his time. This bold move drew mixed reactions from his followers, with some supporting his decision while others questioned his approach.

Anurag's daughter Aaliyah added a humorous touch to the situation by expressing her intention to forward the message to all those who send her scripts to pass on to her father. One commenter pointed out Anurag's previous praise for director Sandeep Reddy Vanga as a genius, questioning his ability to judge talent accurately. Despite this controversy, Anurag is known for nurturing young talent in the film industry and has mentored many aspiring filmmakers over the years.

On the professional front, Anurag's recent directorial projects include films like "Almost Pyar With DJ Mohabbat" starring Alaya F and "Kennedy" featuring Sunny Leone. While he has not announced any upcoming projects, he showcased his acting skills in the film "Haddi" alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui, directed by debutant filmmaker Akshat Ajay Sharma, who previously worked as an assistant director under Anurag's guidance. It remains to be seen how this new consultancy fee system will impact Anurag Kashyap's role in the industry and his relationships with aspiring filmmakers. Here is his statement:

His note reads: “I wasted a lot of time trying to help newcomers and mostly ended up with mediocre s**t. So Now onwards I don’t want to waste my time with meeting random people who think they’re creative geniuses. So I will now have rates. If someone wants to meet me for 15 minutes I will charge Rs I lakh, for half-hour Rs 2 lakh, and for 1 hour Rs 5 lakh. That’s the rate. I am tired of wasting time meeting people. If you really think you can afford it, call me or stay the f**k away. And all paid in advance.”
