Netflix, on the other hand, has acquired the digital rights for Rs 275 crore. Now, we have learned that Jayantilal Gada, one of the leading producers in the Hindi Film Industry, has bagged the satellite rights for all language versions of this action-packed entertainer directed by Sukumar. According to insiders, Jayantilal Gada has secured the satellite rights for Pushpa 2 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages. He is known for his strong presence in the satellite market and has made a wide-ranging deal with Mythri for this film. He will now resell the rights to satellite players based on the bids received. Despite the current slump in the satellite market, there is still high demand from broadcasters to acquire the showcasing rights for this Allu Arjun film, as it is extremely popular in the market.
In the next 30 days, the satellite partners for all languages will be finalized, according to a source. It is worth noting that Jayantilal Gada had previously acquired the language satellite and digital rights for the highly anticipated film RRR in 2022, and obtained lucrative deals for them in the satellite and digital realm. The industry is abuzz with speculation regarding the acquisition price for the satellite rights of Pushpa 2, with rumors suggesting it to be around Rs 80 crore.
