Vijay Deverakonda and Dil Raju teaming up again:- The impact that Family Star left on both hero Vijay Devarakonda and producer Dil Raju are sure to take more time to heal. The makers had hoped that director Parashuram would bring something extraordinary with this family drama, but it turned out to be just an own goal. But Raju and Devarakonda have backed away from it.

After entrusting the task of delivering a blockbuster to a relative newcomer, director Ravi Kiran Khola, who had already made a film titled Raja Var Rani Var with a very small budget and digital cameras, Dil Raju and Devarakonda have now made their collaboration official. The director was initially scheduled to work in the Geetha Arts camp but has now moved to Dil Raju's camp and the first concept poster of the film is scheduled to be released on May 9, the eve of the hero's birthday. Since Ravi Kiran is from East Godavari next to Raja Val, Rani Val is likely to be dragged into his new rural pop drama.

Raju and Devarakonda went on to make Family Starr, but the responsibility to deliver something big certainly fell on Ravi Kiran Kora, a young director known for his comedy scripts. Will he be able to cope with the fame of Vijay D and the great production value of Dil Raju and give the duo a promising hit? Only time has the answer.
