Actress Priyamani, though hardly appeared in any film after Nag’s ‘Ragada’, is going ahead with her set of films. The Actress will be seen in a Telugu flick, of which the story is based on reincarnation, opposite her ‘Pellaina Kottalo’, ‘Pravaraakyudu’ Hero Jagapathi Babu.

One must accept that Priyamani is one such actress who is known for her performance in all the languages films of entire South film industry. Considering this the film makers of Tamil flick ‘Van Yuddham’ have chose Priyamani to play the female lead in this film. The story of this flick is based on the real life history, of Smuggler Veerappan, who has been encountered by the Officials. Priyamani will be playing the role of Veerappan’s wife in this film. and the role of Veerappan is played by Kishore. Arjun has been finalized to play a role of a Powerful Police Officer and the role of Tamil Nadu’s C.M. Jayalalitha will be played by Senior Actress Jaya Chitra. This film is being simultaneously made in Kannada language also, titled as ‘Atta Haasa’.

This is not the first time Priyamani is playing a ‘realistic’ role. She played Suri’s wife in ‘RaktaCharitra’, too that gave her performance a lot more recognition.
