Buxom Queen Raasi aka Manthra is back on the small screen. Remember the yesteryear heroine who made an entry in Tamil with  Priyam, while her debut film in Telugu was Subakanshalu. In fact her lustrous smile was unforgettable for youth around those days. The damsel is back in a much prestigious version on the small screen for a reality show.

She quit acting after getting married to Director Niwas, in 2005, if I am not wrong and she is back with a boom again. In between she also started a play school and had been in some controversies with Telugu actor Siva Balaji. After trying all the possible odds she is back under the camera for a Tamil TV show.

And the rumors are that the actress has been approached by a Tamil film maker to act in a film and she has readily jumped out of her seats to accept the offer. The rumor is that she is to don a prominent role in STR starer Vaalu. The movie features STR, Hansika, Santhanam and VTV Ganesh in key roles. Will it be directed by Niwas, is yet to be confirmed.
