Mega Star Chiranjeevi is reportedly considering Vedhalam, to remake as his 150th movie.
Vedhalam movie was released on Diwali and secured a blockbuster talk, right from the first show. In the first three days itself, the movie has earned more than Rs. 50 crores. So how can such a cash ringing project, can be omitted by other language makers.
Reportedly, Chiranjeevi was impressed with Vedhalam movie and thought that, the subject would suit his personality and even be an apt, as a comeback film.
Vedhalam is an action oriented subject and so the mega fans expected that, Chiru would choose VV Vinayak as the director. But due to Vinayak’s recent debacle Akhil, Chiranjeevi is in a search of the right director to handle the project.
No doubt, Chiranjeevi is going to give such a huge responsibility to a big director. So if that logic is taken into the consideration, after Baahubali, it seems, Rajamouli has committed to the visual wonders itself. So at this time, Chiru cannot approach him to direct a commercial entertainer like Vedhalam.
Trivikram is identified for thought provoking soft films and Srinivaitla is out of the game, after Bruce Lee result.
So the remaining big directors are Puri Jagannath, Boyapati Seenu, Koratala Siva. As Puri is identified for his fast track direction technique, Chiranjeevi kept him aside in the past. So again, he might not opt Puri and take risk, that too for a milestone film. So the options left are Koratala and Boyapati.
Koratala has 2 blockbusters like Mirchi and Srimanthudu in his account. He is identified to deal with the young heroes correctly.
On the other side, Boyapati Seenu has given two blockbusters to Balayya and proved his capability in dealing with the senior heroes. So, Boyapati has high chances of bagging the mega offer.
