Reportedly, Daggupati Suresh and Venkatesh are in a rivalry with each other, about the Ramanaidu studios property issue.

D Ramanaidu, the legendary producer, was considered as one of the four pillars of the film industry.

His dedication towards the films, even in his 80s, inspired many of the aspiring film makers. That range of legend’s death in the starting months of the year, was treated as a  major loss to the industry.

Ramanaidu studios, which witnessed the lakhs of film shootings for decades, are now being supervised by Suresh.

Suresh had even been the producer for many films and in fact, Ramanaidu had started a banner called Suresh productions, under his name.

After the death of Ramanaidu, Venkatesh was rarely spotted in the media and is almost away from announcing the new films. Many felt that, Venky is in search of a right script and is so taking the time.
 
But from the close sources, it was now known that, the clash between Suresh and Venkatesh is the reason for the gap.

Reportedly, Suresh is trying to overtake Venkatesh, regarding Ramanaidu studios  property and willing to own everything for himself. But Venkatesh is arguing that the property belongs to both and cannot be owned by Suresh alone. The arguments are still going on between both the brothers.

Among the seniors, Venkatesh family is the only one in the industry, who is away from any kind of controversies and clashes. So the Daggupati brothers are keen on maintaining that reputation and end the clash internally, before it leaks to the media.
