“Majnu” Fame Actress Joins In Race For Allu Arjun's Next?:- Recently, the Stylish star of Tollywood, Allu Arjun kicked off his upcoming next film after Duvvada Jagannadham titled “Naa Peru Surya” which is being directed by Writer turned Director - Vakkantham Vamsi.

“Naa Peru Surya” will mark the debut of Vakkantham Vamsi, who has penned down stories for hit films like Kick, Temper and Race Gurram in the past. The film is touted to be a romantic-action drama and will have Allu Arjun playing a unique role.

For quite a while now, the film Naa Peru Surya has been in the news, regarding the female lead role in it. According to initial reports, Kannada actress Rashmika Mandanna was approached for this role and has been almost finalized for it. Later, news emerged out that Gentleman actress Nivetha Thomas was being considered for the lead role. It seems that the actress even did a photo shoot for the film and the fill makers were quite impressed too.

Now, the reports are emerging from the Telugu film circles, that Majnu actress “Anu Emmanuel” is being considered for this role and is the top contender for the role. Though there is no confirmation regarding this from the production unit yet, the  reports are doing rounds that Anu Emmanuel has been signed on to play the lead role in Naa Peru Surya.

A source was quoted in a leading daily, “The film is something very new for the hero and the makers have been searching for an unconventional name to co-star with him as the female lead. While Anu Emmanuel has become a popular name, she has not got the star image that an actress in an Allu Arjun film would generally have. However, she is got an edge because of the freshness she brings to the table.”

With so much buzz around the film, Naa Peru Surya is currently the focal point of Telugu cinema.

Currently, Anu Emmanuel is shooting for her upcoming film in Telugu alongside Power Star Pawan Kalyan which is being directed by Trivikram Srinivas.
