Baahubali 2 brought a huge following for Prabhas “Presence Across Nation” (PAN) India and is now a heartthrob of many. The upcoming movie, “Sahoo” touted to be an action-thriller. The audience will see Prabhas in never-seen-before avatar and is now being much spoken about.

Sahoo, after Baahubali wil have Anushka Shetty as the female lead pair. This will be the fourth time for the duo to pair up, including both the parts of Baahubali. The duo have earlier appeared together in Mirchi and Billa. In South Indian cinema, the chemistry between the couple is one of the most successful ones and is much loved by their fans.

The social media was abuzz with messages by fans of both these stars, after the news was confirmed that Anushka Shetty has been roped in opposite Prabhas in Sahoo. The actress Anushka Shetty was not the first choice, by the film makers of Sahoo, says reports.

News has it that the film makers had approached Bollywood actress, Sonam Kapoor for the lead role in the film and was even given a brief idea about the film. A source from the unit of the film was quoted in a leading a tabloid, “The filmmakers gave Sonam a brief idea of the film, and she agreed to meet them. But neither did the meeting happen nor did the makers return with a bound script.”

After missing an opportunity to be a part of magnum opus Baahubali, Sonam Kapoor, for the second time, might have missed an opportunity to be a part another big film featuring Prabhas.
