Nayanthara in Chiranjeevi's Next?:- Megastar Chiranjeevi is on a roll after the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic break. The actor is keen to wrap up the shoot of Acharya, a big-budget social drama that is aimed for summer release. Koratala Siva is the director and Matinee Entertainments are the producers. Chiranjeevi will next be seen in his next film which is the remake of Lucifer. Tamil director Mohan Raja will direct the remake and the pre-production work of the film is happening at a fast pace.

As per the latest update, Nayanthara will be seen playing the daughter of the Chief Minister in this political thriller. The actress was approached and she is yet to reveal her final decision for the remake. An official announcement would be made once Nayanthara signs the project. The regular shoot of Lucifer remake will commence from the mid of February and the film releases in Dasara 2021. Konidela Production Company along with NVR Cinema will produce the remake of Lucifer. Chiranjeevi will also be seen in the remake of Vedhalam that will start shooting once he is done with the shoot of Lucifer.
