Dangerous Ishhq was a much awaited film at least for the sake Karisma Kapoor who made a come back to big screen after a decade. The two-hour-nine-minute long film unfortunately bored the people and Vikram Bhatt’s movie bombed at the box office. Go through the review if you have plans to watch this movie…

Story
Sanjana (Karisma Kapoor) is a super model and enters into a relationship with an industrialist Rohan (Rajneesh Duggal). One day Rohan gets kidnapped and Sanjana will play the lead role, goes into her past life, gets appropriate clues and finally takes on the antagonist to save her boy friend. Sanjana realizes that Rohan has been her soul mate for the past four lives. The main theme of the movie is past life regression.
Analysis :
Dangerous Ishhq was all about past life regression. Blame it the direction or screenplay, the psycho thriller failed to thrill the audience. People could not understand as to why the film was 3-Dimensional as there are no special effects in the film. Taking a character back to five past lives and then linking it to the present actually didn’t work out well although the subject chosen was good, but failed in execution. The music by Himesh Reshamiyya didn’t manage to add extra colours to the plot.
Performance :
Karisma Kapoor gave her best, Jimmy Sheirgill who plays ACP Bhargav Singh performed better compared to his other films. Rajneesh had no role to play much and his acting was forgettable.
Final Word:Dangerous Ishhq claims to be a psychological thriller!
