Salman Khan, the king of the 100 crore club, with his latest movie Ek Tha TIger too breaking records, should in theory be giving out a grand party for his birthday but the star says he won't be doing so. The star who will turn 47 on Decmber 27th apparently has a date on his birthday; but with the Mumbai High Court. The proceedings would be related to the 2007 hit and run case.

"On Dec 27, I am not doing anything. I am not very sure what I am doing that day. On my birthday, I myself might be in court", Salman told the media.

A Jodhpur court has asked him to turn up in February next year, regarding the poaching case, Mumbai High Court has asked the Dabangg 2 star to appear on his birthday regarding the hit and run case.

However, there is a chance he may be lucky enough to spend merry time with friends and family.  "I think they have asked me to come on Dec 27, but if the lawyers say I don't need to go, then I won't go and if the lawyers say, I have to then I will definitely go," he said.

However, he clarified that in the case that he may be at home to celebrate his birthday; the media would not be invited. "Not for any other reason, but if the media is there in the party, then the guests get very uncomfortable. So nobody will be able to have a good time and within five minutes, everybody would want to leave," he made it clear.
