But, it was during the recent award function one and all got to see the emotional side of this film maker. When Karan Johar, who was hosting a Award function, announced the life time Achievement Award for Late Yashji, the latter’s wife Pamela Chopra came on to the dais to take the Award and broke down into tears... Karan could not control his emotions either and became calm for a while... it took some time for this Man to control his emotions and to continue hosting the show.
