In yet another shocking incident of crimes by some morally challenged NRIs, a person based in Canada married a village girl from Punjab fifteen days back literally abandoned her and fled to Canada after he enjoyed holiday with the bride, which happened to be their honeymoon.

The accused Ranjit Singh Bagga came to India recently and got in touch with victim's father on matrimonial purpose. He somehow convinced victim's father and entered into wedlock with the victim. The father of the victim told the media that he had spent lakhs of rupees for the wedding of his daughter. After the wedding, the duo went on a holiday for honeymoon. And all of a sudden, without anyone's notice, Bagga fled. The police, who haven't so far registered the case, said that they would register the case against Bagga after a preliminary investigation.
