Tips for Skincare after Recovering from Covid-19:- The Covid-19 made several damages for the human body and the post-Covid complications are worrying everyone. The skin cells are getting dehydrated and they turn dull, patch, and rough after the attack of coronavirus. The pre-existent conditions like acne, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis are expected to be amplified. There should be a huge intake of vitamin supplements like Vitamin A, Vitamin B, 1000mg of Vitamin C, and Vitamin E along with 500 mg of curcumin and omega 3 fatty acids. All these will help you to boot up the recovery of the skin. Everyone is advised to drink 4.5 liters of water on a regular basis to get back the glowing skin.

Green leafy vegetables and fruits are rich in antioxidants. All the junk food along with coconut sugar, jaggery and date palms should be avoided. Apart from healthy food, everyone should take exercise, yoga along with pranayam. A tight sleep would be an added advantage to recover well and get back good skin. One can use Vitamin C serum or ferulic acid along with moisturizer and sunscreen. The application of BHA or AHA Serum can do wonders to the skin. Beta Hydroxy serum should be a suitable alternative for acne. If you have oily skin, you should prefer AHA serum. This should be followed 2-3 times a week and hyaluronic acid is advisable for the rest of the days. A layer of moisturizer or anti-aging cream is recommended.
