We talk about the importance of women in our lives... respect women... protest against any discrimination downsizing women's self-respect and safety... and according to our culture women are treated no less than goddess... women are known for multi-tasking, more successful than men in many fields and today, women are treat equally in many areas in the society...

But even then, there is a negative comment on women, irrespective of working or managing home, that is being prevailing from ages, now... and this is, especially during the morning time, women are prone to get angry, loose cool self, yell at one and all that really irritates the other family members... but have you, including all those women who are reading this article, thought the reason behind this behavioral trait??? We get up early in the morning, before anyone else in our family starts the day... we prepare breakfast, get the lunch ready, feed our family with breakfast, much before morning coffee/tea/milk, clean up the home, and then rush to office or if home makers, take some rest... but where does we having anything unless until we get time finishing the daily morning routine come into picture over hear?

Anyone can understand, there is a solid 10 to 12 hours break between our previous night meal and the first meal in the day... if we don't eat anything from morning, then where is the patience and strength to finish off the work in peace? As a result impatience and anger in us would take a major seat, annoying one and all around us...

You need not invest much of time to have something in the morning... milk with biscuits, fruits or cereals, eat anything as a medicine to keep yourself calm, while you are doing other household work early morning... within a day or two you can see the difference in you and your loved one’s can witness your peace in mornings as well...
