UK Survey says 86% of Women are Facing Mental Health Issues due to Pandemic Pressure:- The coronavirus pandemic is having an adverse impact all over the globe. There is a huge amount of vacuum and financial stress in corporate fields. The economies got slowed down and people are facing the stress and tensions. Women are badly affected more than men due to the disproportionate schedules that are altered because of the work from home structure. These are bringing them some severe mental health problems among most of the women as per the surveys. A 4-day Week campaign was held in the United Kingdom to tackle the mental health issue.

There is a rise of mental distress by 49% said the reports. This is considering the reports from 2017-19 and till date. The working hours for most of them have increased badly and several women are finding it tough to manage their homes and children. 43% of the women are working more than the regular timings. 86% of the women are facing mental health problems becuase of the current situations as per the UK's average. Some of them suggest that the works should be shared or women should be asked to start work at a later time than normal.

Most of them are also worried about the job security because of the coronavirus. A working time commission has been planned for the public sector by the government of United Kingdom. This campaign aims to reduce the pressure of the workload. The individuals are encouraged to work four days in a week. Some of them say that the firms should be responsible for the mental distress and they should keep the employees in a happy space. The four-day working week is quite flexible and it even boosts up the health of the individuals.
