Get rid of Unwanted hair at home!

Tired of suffering from plucking all that extra hair, even shaving some times and not able to devote time going for a parlour for some reason? Then here is a path for you to get rid of all that unwanted hair through homemade vax… seems to be easy enough to follow for me… to know read further;

All you need for a homemade Vax is;

1 cup powdered sugar

¼ cup of water

¼ cup of lemon zest

Honey

Pour the sugar, water, honey, and lemon juice all together in a heavy saucepan, and heat it over a low flame. Keep stirring the mixture to avoid burning. Stir it until all the sugar has melted, and you have a thick brown liquid. Let it cool slightly before using it. It can be stored in a heat proof container for later use.

Prepare your strips of fabric. If you don't have strips already, you can cut up or tear up a dish towel (preferably 100% linen or cotton, not anything stretchy) or a shirt that's torn up. If you're worried about frayed edges, you can sew around the edges of your strips with a sewing machine.

Use a wooden tongue depressor or a spatula to apply your sugar wax to the area you want to wax. Move in the direction of hair growth.

Take a strip of fabric, place it on the wax and smooth it on in the direction of hair growth.

Wait a little while for your wax to cool completely. You can pull lightly on the bottom edge of your fabric strip to see if it sticks well enough.

Hold your skin taut by pulling at it from a point underneath the edge of your fabric strip and pull the strip off AGAINST the direction of hair growth. Do this very quickly. Do not pull it off at a 90° angle, but in a shallower angle.

Store any leftover wax in fridge. It can be easily warmed up in the microwave for later use.

The only suggestions is just be alert if your Vax is Warm or hot… as your Skin should not be damaged in this entire process!
