10 tips to stop premature Hair graying

Grey hair is sure an embarrassment to the young, courtesy to our polluted environment. However avoiding the aging factor is definitely unavoidable, but the process could be delayed, by adhering to certain easy tips. Grey hair in youth could be mainly due to stress, illness, nutrients deficiency, heredity or due to pollution. These and more could be the reasons when the body reduces to produce melanin. 1.    Stop worrying: Easy to say than to follow. This is surely one that needs to be avoided for a healthy hair. Exercise and meditation helps to relive from stress. Strict disciplined life also helps in delaying grey hair onset.

2.    Soak ribbed gourd in oil:  Gently massage the hair with a mixture of a ribbed gourd soaked in coconut oil for three to four days. The mixture is then boiled till it turns into a black residue. Works the scalp rich with the residue, leave the treated hair for 2-3 hours and then gently wash the hair with herbal shampoo. This will enrich the hair roots and restores the vital pigment melanin.

3.    Healthy Diet: Healthy diet with vitamins, minerals, iodine, iron and other vital ingredients would also help in maintaining a healthy hair. Fresh green vegetables, fruits in particular Pomegranates Pomegranates, blackberries and pineapples, also help in hair care. Add nuts such as almonds and pumpkin seeds.
