Chubby cheeks even now a favorite...

Bony face structure is definitely not that appealing when compared to chubby cheeks and a round face… of course, cheeks can be chubby and not flabby though… if you prefer to get into that sweet and lovely look, just get that chubby cheeks, without gaining over all body weight and completely through facial exercises;

Cheek Puff

The cheek puff is one of several facial strengthening exercises the Ohio State University Medical Center recommends to help you improve the strength and range of motion for your jaws, cheeks, lips and tongue. In this exercise, suck in air through your mouth and puff out your cheeks. Close your lips tightly to hold air in your cheeks. Hold the air in your cheeks for 5 seconds, then exhale. Breathe in deeply once more and hold the air in your left cheek only. Switch the air to your right cheek and hold. Repeat the exercise 10 times.

Tongue-in-Cheek Push

In the tongue-in-cheek push, you push your tongue against the inside of your right cheek and move it up and down. Repeat this movement 10 times, then perform the exercise on your left cheek. In the second part of this exercise you push your tongue against the inside of your right cheek, then place one of your fingers on the outside of your cheek. Initiate some resistance by pushing back against your tongue. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat the movement 10 times and then do the exercise on your left cheek.

Smile

In this exercise, form a smile with your upper teeth and lower gums showing. Clench your teeth gently. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat the exercise 10 times. Next, pucker your lips, then smile. Repeat 10 times.

Pucker

In this exercise, pucker your lips like you are going to kiss someone. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat the exercise 10 times. For part two of this exercise, pucker your lips and move your pucker from one side to the other while keeping your tongue still. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

"O" Exercise

In the "O" exercise, open your mouth and spread your jaws wide. Next, position your teeth under your lips and purse your lips in an "O" shape. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
