How you cleanse your face?

How dull your skin looks, our skin gets duller as we age. Sun exposure, smoking, and naturally shedding all results washed out look. You need to combat it with a cleanser that will remove in layers  while it cleans. Bear in mind that not all cleansers are created equally, and the soap you used as a teen may no longer be enough. Stay away from cleansers that are very drying and geared toward those with oily skin. Some brands of face wash claim that they exfoliate because they have rough grains in them, these can be far too abrasive. Instead, use a mild face wash that has glycolic acid in it. It will glide on skin easily and help exfoliate the top layer to generate growth.

Select the active facial cleanser and good  skin cleansing brush to getting the skin you always wanted. Once you choose the right cleanser, you need to consider how you are using it. Washing your face with some cleanser, water and your hands is fine but you can do more. To get the glow you are looking for, you need to exfoliate and help circulate the blood with a rotating face washing brush. These are easy to use, and do not add any time to the cleansing part of your skin routine. Apply a drop of face wash to the wet brush and glide it over your face and neck for about a minute. The results are dramatic. Circulating the blood, and exfoliating the skin with the sonic brush will give the glow of someone who has spent an hour at the spa getting a facial. When you wash your face with a little cleanser on the brushes, you are getting a much deeper clean that literally removes make up, reduces oily spots, and even minimizes the appearance of large pores.
