They get a chance to meet and greet the people face to face after years. Long hours of sitting and less physical activity will have an impact on the health. Here are some tips to stay fit and healthy when you are working from office:
Be extra cautious and take minor breaks from work. Prefer to walk on the steps rather than taking a lift. When you are on a call, take a small walk. Walk with your colleagues after the lunch. Skip your chair and stand up after sitting for hours. Pick up healthy foods instead of snacks, cool drinks and chips. Prefer dry fruits, fruits, homemade chips and cucumber. Sleep for 7-8 hours in a day to stay fit, happy and healthy. Never disturb your sleep cycle and give your body enough rest.
A low water level will make you sleepy and dizzy. Drink enough water in a day to keep yourself hydrated. Carry lemon water, coconut water and watermelon juice along with other healthy drinks. There would be lot of stress in the office for sure. Take a deep breath after your meetings, go for a walk. These small tips can keep you healthy, active, fit and happy.
