Hyundai's First Electric SUV Genesis GV60 To Be Launched Soon:- Hyundai Motors unveiled the design of its first-ever electric car named Genesis GV60 and it is all set for launch early next year. GV60 is the first electric vehicle that runs on Global-Electric Modular Platform (E-GMP) that is used in Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6 electric cars. GV60 is the third SUV from Genesis after GV80 and GV70. Genesis GV60 comes with an 800V electrical architecture with an ultra-fast charging of 250kW. It is available in single or dual-motor power packages with different battery sizes. Genesis GV60 comes with two-signature quad headlamps on both sides. It also comes with a high voltage battery cooling and comes with a panel shell hood.
Genesis GV60 also comes with low ride height and a long clamshell hood. It comes with digital side mirrors so that the images are projected on two screens through the exterior-mounted cameras. Genesis GV60 has a dashboard with large storage space. The automatic transmission in Genesis GV60 can be controlled by Crystal Sphere and has built-in lights when the car is off. The technical details of Genesis GV60 are yet to be announced and there are talks that it comes with 58kWh and 77.8kWh batteries. The expected range of Genesis GV60 is said to be 480 km. The vehicle is expected to offer 167 hp and 214 hp of power. An official launch of Genesis GV60 will take place in the upcoming months and the vehicle will be available for sale next year.
