Happens all the time at work places that people tend to knock off pens off the table and forget to replace them back after their work. Here is a small handy tip that you can employ to save your pens to yourself. Take a red or green pen and replace the refil with the color that you prefer to write. People will generally mistake it for the red ink pen and not prefer to take it for their work, leaving the pen lie where it was earlier.

However, if you are living in a place where you have people who need green or red pens, the trick back fires. Other jolly ones, rejoice and don't share the tip to everyone else because the secret would be revealed and you will end up with an office full of these trick pens.
