Physical activity is always important to keep fit and healthy. Practice yoga and other exercises to stay fit. This will also beat the ailments like cold and flu. Always check with your doctor if you have any health-related issues.

Follow a healthy diet plan which should not be missed. Eat grains, meat, fish, legumes, seeds, nuts, herbs and spices. Take foods that are rich in Vitamin C so that they keep your body fit. Take a break when you are at stress and enough rest will refresh your body.
