No Quota In Private Sector Jobs Says KTR:- KT Rama Rao, the Minister for Industries and IT said that the government is against giving reservations in the private sector jobs. He said that such move will prove counter productive. KTR made these statements during a debate on the industries and IT sectors in the Assembly session that took place on Monday. All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen floor leader Akbaruddin Owaisi asked the government to extend the 50 percent reservations in the jobs to the private sector so that the locals would get benefited. KTR said that some of the states of the country took the move but they lost investments because of such move. Some of the top firms have moved out of the states because of the reservations. KTR decided not to disclose the names and he said that the firms are quite interested to invest in Telangana.

KTR said that the government of Telangana is currently offering additional incentives for the private companies who are employing local youth. KTR also said that the Telangana government will never pressurize to implement job reservations in the private sector. "I cannot asked Amazon or Google to employ Telangana locals for their jobs. Some of the states who implemented these reservations are losing investments. Several companies from these states are planning to relocate to Telangana. I cannot disclose those names. It is due to the proactive policies of the Telangana government, massive investments are made in IT sector and industrial sector. The employment opportunities in the state are huge" told KTR.
