Making her first ever visit to India after taking over as the Pakistan’s first woman Foreign Minister, the 34-year-old Hina Rabbani Khar arrived in Delhi today to hold bilateral talks with her Indian counter part, Mr SM Krishna on Wednesday.
“I hope the two countries have learnt lessons from history and can move forward as good neighbors with a stake in each other’s future,” she told media persons soon after her arrival in Delhi.
Krishna and Rabbani will discuss a host of issues including Confidence Building Measures, India’s concerns on terror and Jammu and Kashmir for which the agenda was finalized by the Foreign Secretaries of India and Pakistan during their meeting in New Delhi today.
Meanwhile, India has handed over the revised list of most wanted fugitives to the Pakistani delegation asking it to deport them to India.
