The prime accused in 2G scam and former telecom minister, A Raja is all set to visit Tamil Nadu on Friday after a long gap of 15 months.

In view of Raja's visit to his home state, celebrations apparently touched sky by the DMK activists.  Arrangements are already being made at the airport when Raja will be received.  According to the sources, Raja would first halt at the resident of DMK chief Karunanidhi.

When Raja was granted bail on May 15, the court asked him not to enter Tamil Nadu and department of telecom. However, Raja pleaded that since summer vacations for the court are underway, he be allowed to visit Tamil Nadu. He even stressed that he didn’t visit Tamil Nadu for more than a year. The Special CBI Judge OP Saini permitted him to visit Tamil Nadu on a condition that he should be present in Delhi on June 30.
