Sunita Williams seems to be ready for her second journey into the space but is she mentally ready too? She actually has a lot of things on her mind as expressed in a mail to her family.

Sunita Williams who is to leave Earth into the space for 6 months on July 14th has her already started missing her friends and family.

From Baikhanor, Kazhaksthan, she wrote an email saying that a long 6 month journey to the spacee leaving her friends and family behind is a painful experience. She wrote, “Leaving Houston and Mike (Michael Williams, her husband), leaving Boston, mom, dad, Dina, Gorby, Elsie and Thomas, and this last time leaving Star City and all my family there. Sort of emotional, but I know I will see all these friends again!" High spirited Sunita commented that change was always good and it heralds something better and fun filled was just waiting around the corner.

Though faced with tough times, she didn't surrender to any kind of stress. She in fact was just as jovial and often hilarious too. She along with her team mates from Russia and Japan had to undergo their suit tests. Forgetting the gravity of the tests, she exclaimed “Yes, we fit!” after they were declared to pass what is called the “fit check”. She also pointed at the boots and  referring to the Nancy Sinatra's 1966 blockbuster hit song 'These boots are made for walking', she said, “Check out the our cool “Nancy Sinatra Boots”

Humorously, she says “Flying spacescraft is easier for me than to talk to people or the media”.
