In the wake of conflicting reports surrounding the health of God-man Satya Sai Baba, a reported miracle took place in the house of a Muslim in Puttaparthy of Ananthapuram district of Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday attracting thousands of people to witness it.

The family members of sculptor Raheem observed perfumed oil oozing out from a 4-feet wax idol of Sri Satya Sai Baba and informed neighbors of it. Soon thousands of people including devotees and locals, accompanied by TV crews, rushed to the house of a retired Revenue official at Ganesh Circle on the outskirts of Puttaparthi where the family of Raheem was staying for rent.

Every one could see the oil, smelling scented, oozing out from the feet of the idol and TV crews captured the visuals in their cameras. The visuals were later shown on most of the Telugu channels. Locals and devotees said that it could be a sign of Sai Baba recovering.

Raheem who sculpted the wax idol said that Baba appeared to him in a dream and asked him to make his idol. The idol is a replica of Sai Baba complete with his thick bushy hair and saffron robes.

When the idol was taken out into the open air to enable the people to see it, the idol stooped oozing out the oil after some hours.
