The Nampally CBI court in Hyderabad today extended the judicial remand of the illegal mining baron Mr Gali Janardhan reddy and his brother in law Mr Srinivasa Reddy till Oct 31.
Both of them are cooling their heels in Chenchalguda jail after their arrest on August 5 in the illegal mining case registered against them by the CBI as per the orders of the state High Court.
The court today conducted the proceedings through video conferencing due to the absence of lawyers and court staff following the bandh call given by the Telangana political JAC.
