APCC senior leader Mr Kamalakar today complained to the state election commission that YSR congress Party has used the names of various welfare schemes being implemented by the congress government in the state in its party flag and requested the commission to restrain it from using the names in the flag and in the by-election campaign.

Mr Kamalakar submitted a written complaint to this effect today to the authorities. “YSR worked as congress leader till his death and Jagan has no right to use his photo or the names of the welfare schemes undertaken by the congress government in his party flag,” he said in his complaint.

The election commission officials told the congress leader that they would examine the complaint and take appropriate action.
