In a development that has sent a shocker to the mega star and the PRP founder Mr Chiranjeevi, Kamalapuram congress MLA of the Kadapa district Mr Veera siva reddy today wrote to the chief minister Mr Kirankumar reddy asking him not to take PRP-turned congress leader C. Ramachandraiah into the state cabinet.
Arguing in his letter that Ramachandraiah is not a popular leader in the district, Veera siva reddy said it would become difficult for them to fight the TDP and the YSR congress in the district if such a person is imposed on them.
“Either congress leader and former minister YS Vivekananda reddy or I shall go to the cabinet, not Mr Ramachandraiah,” he said curtly in his letter.

The behaviour of the Kadapa district congress leaders is bound to cause unhappiness to Chiranjeevi who is hell bent on sending his confidant Ramachandraiah to the state cabinet. It is said that two members from the PRP which had merged with the congress are likely to get the ministerial berths in the state cabinet.
