However, a decision to postpone the strike has been taken at a meting the JAC convener Prof. Kodanda Ram Reddy and other leaders had with the TRS Chief Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao on Tuesday. Leaders of the Telangana employees’ associations Swamy Goud, Vital, Srinivasa Goud and Devi Prasada Rao also took part in the discussions.
As the Ganesh Immersion festival would be over by September 11, the T leaders have decided to launch the agitation from September 13.
Meanwhile, the T employees’ leaders met Minister Mr Jana Reddy and asked the congress MLAs and MPs to resign en masse again for the sake of Telangana. Jana Reddy told them the congress leaders of the T region would take a decision in a day or two on the issue.
