People of the Mungi Tanda in the Nalcol Mandalam of Medak district today experienced mild earth quake forcing them out of their houses fearing for their lives.

Two houses in the village collapsed and two other houses developed cracks due to the quake. Villagers said that they experienced the quake in the wee hours.

No details of the magnitude of the quake are available.

It might be recalled that the Indo-Nepal-Bangladesh border areas experienced powerful earthquake three days ago resulting in loss of life and property. The earthquake was followed by tremors in Meghalaya and Maharashtra too.
