BJP, YSRC feel Kiran Govt may fall

BhandaruJupudiYSR Congress party MLC Mr Jupudi Prabhakara rao and BJP senior leader Mr Bandaru Dattatreya said today the Kirankumar reddy government has slipped into minority and would not last long in power.

Addressing media persons in Rajahmundry, Prabhakar said the government would collapse in the next 20 days due to lack of strength in the assembly. “The government has already slipped into minority after 34 MLAs had resigned,” he said.

Prabhakar said the state is heading towards President’s rule and YSR Congress is bound to win the majority seats in the next elections in the state. He also accused the TDP president Mr Nara Chandrababu Naidu of going back to introduce the no confidence motion in the assembly as he was in cahoots with the congress leadership.

While agreeing with the view of Prabhakar that government has slipped into minority, Dattatreya said the government may collapse any moment now.

Addressing media persons during his Guntur district tour, Dattatreya referred to the reports that more congress MLAs may quit the party in Telangana region pushing the Kiran Government to the brink. “It may fall any moment now,” he said.
