CBI officials probing the illegal mining case involving the former Karnataka minister Mr Gali Janardhan reddy said today they would submit the charge sheet in the illegal mining case to the Supreme Court on Dec 28.
CBI sources said that they would also seek the constitution of a special court to try the case for speedy disposal. They said they would approach the high court seeking cancellation of bail given to Srilakshmi by the Nampally CBI court.
